I recently enjoyed a family stay at Hato Verde, a charming hacienda situated at the base of Cotopaxi. The serene surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for our adventures. César and María, the owners, created a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy for us to relax after our excursions.
